As for pictures, I don't know if I'm allowed to post links here for copyright reasons, but if you do a Google Image search for Thomson Park (without a P in Thomson), then you should be able to come across some pictures that give you a good idea of what the park looks like. However, there's no real substitute for actually going there and visiting the park firsthand. Do you live in Toronto? Or do you know where the wedding venue is? That information can help me in making better suggestions, since I've been to Thomson Park and many of the other parks in the area :) If you can get me those details, I can get you a better answer. And congratulations on getting married!

Hey Paula,

Sorry about the delay in replying to you, and thanks for commenting! =)

http://www.toronto.ca/parks/parks_gardens.htm has information regarding all of the different parks in the City of Toronto, and there should also be a way to sort it so that you get parks in an area that is roughly equivalent to what you’re looking for.

As for pictures, I don’t know if I’m allowed to post links here for copyright reasons, but if you do a Google Image search for Thomson Park (without a P in Thomson), then you should be able to come across some pictures that give you a good idea of what the park looks like.

However, there’s no real substitute for actually going there and visiting the park firsthand. Does anyone have any pictures of Thompson Park in the summer? Would anyone recommend Thompson Park for pictures? Or could you recommend a nice park in Scarborough from McCowan to Victoria Park and from Hwy 7 to Danforth? Wedding is July 2009. Any comments would be appreciated.

I am getting married and would like to do pictures at a local park in Scarborough.
