Gnarly Skateboard Parks and Other Recent Toronto News

by Justin on January 11th, 2008

Hopefully you guys are enjoying the short news updates, since I find that putting them together and finding specific news stories that might be interesting to tourists forces me to read through the news each day, something that I really should be doing but previously have usually found a way to get around through using school or work as an excuse.  In any case, here are the stories for today!

1) Waterfront skateboard park now open to anyone that wants a ride.

2) Founder of George Brown Theatre School in Toronto dead at 87.

3) Apparently, wind storms have the ability to knock out power and pull signs off buildings.

4) High-Speed trains to travel between Ontario and Quebec being considered.
